Typography

Section headings (like the brown one above the subhead to this text) is Adobe's Lucida Bright typeface set in dark brown (102,51,0). The navigation (to the left) is Ergoe Extra Bold set in white at 250 tracking and 15pt leading. The Technology Transfer Society name that appears at the top of each page is Ergoe Black reversed 9pt with 500 leading. The body text for the site utilizes style sheets and calls out Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica and sans serif in that order.

Technology

Hardware: Windows-based Pentium-class computer, 17" monitor, T-1 connection. Software: Photoshop 5.0.2, notepad, Microsoft Internet Explorer (v4), Netscape Navigator (v4.5), Microsoft Word 97, Adobe Acrobat Distiller (v3.0.1), Adobe Acrobat Reader (v3.0.1), Adobe PageMaker (v6.5), Adobe Illustrator (v7).

Designed and hosted by the University of Southern California School of Engineering Technology Transfer Center (ETTC). At the ETTC, Colin Smith, Special Design Projects Intern, was responsible for the initial design of the site.
